- Deliveries to fixed home or business addresses should not be affected - courier services have not been experiencing regular delays.
- Deliveries to PO Box, Parcel Collect & Parcel Locker addresses will be affected – Australia Post are experiencing delays of at least 7 days due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.
Please allow some extra time for returns to be processed. Changes to the number of staff on premises and the quarantining of packages means it will take us longer than usual to process returns during stage 4 restrictions. We apologise for the delay and thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.
We deliver Australia wide, direct from Morgan Blue Australia HQ. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100 and free shipping for purchases totalling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 and 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, depending on your location.
Please choose carefully as Morgan Blue Australia does not accept returns for any items.

All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after Morgan Blue Australia has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
All Morgan Blue products are covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase, to the original retail purchaser. The product will be covered by warranty if found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship and has only been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions under normal use and reasonable care, not including wear and tear. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

If your product was purchased directly from Morgan Blue Australia via morganblue.com.au, please contact us at email@example.com with your proof of purchase and accompanying photos of the product. These will be assessed by the warranty department and your claim will be processed accordingly.
Please DO NOT send or take your product into the supported store you selected when checking out on morganblue.com.au. Whilst we support local stores with every order, all orders are processed at Morgan Blue Australia HQ and the supported stores cannot facilitate the warranty request.
Purchased from another Australian Retailer:
Your warranty will need to be claimed through your original place of purchase. Please contact the retailer you purchased from, who will process the warranty on your behalf.
